The FutureYOUth Initiative includes experiences designed for different audiences, but they are connected by one shared purpose: building a better understanding of today's young people and the conditions shaping their transition into adulthood.
Youth Experience: FutureCon
Designed for Connecticut high school students. FutureCon is an interactive experience where students explore life after high school, discover opportunities, connect with peers and professionals, and gain tools to help them navigate the transition into adulthood with greater confidence.
Adult Experience:
The FYI Data Reveal
Designed for educators, practitioners, employers, community leaders, policymakers, funders, researchers, and partners. The FYI Data Reveal is an immersive experience that brings Connecticut's youth conditions to life through interactive environments, statewide insight, and meaningful dialogue. Rather than simply presenting data, participants experience what today's young people are telling us — and why it matters.

FutureCon and the FYI Data Reveal were intentionally designed for different audiences. Young people deserve spaces created specifically for them. Adults deserve opportunities to better understand the experiences shaping today's youth. Together, these experiences strengthen the statewide conversation and help build a shared understanding across generations and communities.
